Monday 6th of January saw high tides all over Northern Ireland and Portaferry was no exception.

Luckily, we had no winds on this side of the Lough – a stormy afternoon would have made conditions much worse. A big thanks to the Council Workers, Coast Guard, Fire and Ambulance Services who were all on standby during the High Tide period.
