And so we enter the “busy” month for the Gala Website, visitors have been steadily increasing over the last few days. Nice to see we’ve moved up into the Top 30 sites on our stats providers Travel and Tourism” section….
Just driving home from work tonight thinking, “Wow, it’s like November” – all of a sudden there’s wind howling and rain thumping against the door – and it ain’t much better inside the house. Thankfully we’ve a week to go before we need the temp turned up and the tourists to flock in. Mind you at least there isn’t any thunder on the way….

Possibly it’s the weeds – not content with launching another take-over attack on my garden, they’re now trying to drive me out of the house as well. Whatever the reason, pollen seems to be filling the Portaferry air today, fellow sneezers, you have been warned !!! (Note to self….. why don’t we have a “most unkempt and weedfilled” garden section on the Attractive Gardens ? Weeds have feelings too, or so I’m told)
