After 40 years I’m a very lucky fella,
to be a part, with all my heart, of Portaferry Gala,
of all the prizes won, I always got the Booby,
thank God I’m here with all the rest, to celebrate the Ruby.
When thinking up this little ditty, all praise must go to Mary, Bernie
and their wonderful committee.
