There was a fantastic turnout at the Lantern Workshop on Saturday Nov 29th. Thank You to all the boys and girls (and Mums and Dads) who came along to make their lanterns. Don’t forget, The Light parade will be from the Castle Yard to the Town Square on Dec 6th at 4:30, to arrive for the turning on of the lights in the square at 5pm. If you left your lantern with us to dry, come along and pick it up at the Castle Yard on Saturday 6th – see you there !
With the countdown to Sat Dec 6th well underway, the Christmas Tree has arrived in the Town Square. The lights will be fitted, tested and the Crib dusted down and the figures given their annual “once over”. Remember to keep the day free and come along to the square for the Big Switch On !
